Sun Drying-The skin of the Plantain is sundried until it reaches its desired, optimum texture.Roasting- The skin is then roasted in a clay-like oven. During this process, the temperature is closely monitored to maintain a consistent level. This guarantees that the optimum texture, color and aroma is achievedBlending-Pure Unrefined Palm Kernel Oil is blended with the roasted Plantain skin, also known as Potash, to produce the soap. There are no artificial fragrances, preservatives, chemicals, dyes or charcoal added during the mixing process.Packaging-The pure, unrefined African Black Soap is poured into molding blocks and heat sealed.
